Writing has always been my therapy.
Grief is tough. Sometimes we wish we could have one more conversation, say one more thing, or… say the goodbye we didn’t get to say.
Do you have something you need to say? I encourage you to try writing about it. It can be so healing! Grief can also be about things other than death. It can be about a current living situation. Maybe it’s the loss of who someone USED to be due to dementia, a change in your household because your child has gone off to college, a relationship break up, etc.
I’ve written about several such situations and they are here on the blog for you to read. Then… I want you to take out a pen, take a deep breath, and start writing.
