She was tired, but she pushed forward...
Yesterday was a great day. It felt like my goal of becoming more balanced was being accomplished. I had a good work out, was mindful of my eating, consumed a lot of water, hugged my kids, and worked on my work-life balance “project” for the blog (and for me!).
But this morning I woke up feeling drained…
At first, my mind and body filled fatigue made me question what I had done yesterday. Did I do too much? Did I not do enough? Why am I so tired today?
And then…
And then I saw this post on Instagram and it instantly made me feel better.
Thank you, Alisa, for sharing. This was exactly what I needed to see today!
Sometimes balance includes rest…
