How is Music Medicine?
The Best Medicine is Music. (My opinion).
Most of us identify with music. It brings back memories, it makes us tap our feet, it makes us smile.
But is music really “medicine”? It releases endorphins which make us feel good… so I say, “YES”!
Music helps us in the emotional/mental health area as it relieves stress and with today’s Corona Virus situation, we are in NEED of a little EXTRA stress release!
Listening to music releases endorphins in the brain. Endorphins give us a heightened feeling of excitement. In addition to feeling euphoric, endorphins quell anxiety, ease pain and stabilize the immune system. With high endorphin levels, we have fewer negative effects of stress.

Thanks for the music Kim! I sang along to “sing” by the Carpenters. I always loved that song. From what I can we are both music lovers. Songs are the soundtrack of my life. Honestly I don’t what we would do without music. Just sing a song.
